Do you offer price quotes based on current futures market rates?Yes, we follow the international coffee futures market and can offer pricing based on real-time market trends, especially for bulk and forward contracts.

Do you deliver within Jakarta and outside Indonesia?Yes, we deliver nationwide and overseas via seas and air freight.

What are your payment and shipping terms?For new customers, we generally require full payment before dispatch. Long-term or high-volume clients may be eligible for flexible payment terms upon agreement. For international clients, standard shipping terms (FOB, EXW, or CIF) are applied. Payment via LC or TT.
